Booking Procedure

Write us an e-mail (info@casa-calendula.com ) and let us know your address and telephone number.
Include the name of the desired house, the number of people, arrival and departure dates.
You'll then receive an invoice with the final price along with our bank
details so that you can pay the required 50% of the rent. Please let
us know at the same time as you make the transfer.
A booking is usually completed within a maximum of 3 days.
As soon as the agreed amount has been received, we will confirm your
reservation. Only then your booking is legally binding.
Along with our booking confirmation, you will also receive a
description of the location of our houses and a map so that you can find
us easily.

We recommend that all our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

The person named as tenant will be asked for their name and address.
This person is then also responsible to the landlord for any damage caused
by persons he/she allows to live with him/her.
Half of the rental price, i.e. the reservation fee, is due at the time of booking.
When the keys are handed over the agreed deposit is to be provided in cash.
The remaining rental amount must be paid within 6 days of arrival.
Pets are not allowed (In exceptional cases and by arrangement it is sometimes possible)
The Host is not liable in the event of force majeure.
The Host accepts no liability for the actions, errors or non-performance of third parties.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
100% of reservation fee refunded if canceled up to 60 days before the start of the rental period.
50% of reservation fee refunded if canceled up to 30 days before the start of the rental period.
(At this point we again advise you to take out a travel cancellation insurance, which saves both the tenant and the landlord from financial losses)
